AF_PACKET PMD is completely absent from the documentation, while it is prob=
ably
a better/faster alternative than PCAP for receiving packets from the networ=
king
stack (not taking KNI into account).

On top of the feature list, it would be very interesting to also discuss in=
 the
doc considerations about packet fanout, etc.
