after discussing https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101900
this bug seems to be still present in the amdgpu drivers.
When i have a cpuload, amdgpu sound is fine.
when the cpu is mostly idle, the sound is very glitchy.
So all RXxxx cards are affected.
