                OS: Linux
            Status: CONFIRMED
          Severity: critical
          Priority: Normal

Bug: unable to build DPDK if path contains tilde char "~".
Make commands finish immediately with success, but noting happens.

For example, if path:

but if path contains "~" char:
/projects/~new/dpdk
it's unable to build with no error.

Configuration: x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc
