Also in pipe poll :

Also in pipe_read(), perhaps it should make the call :

   if (do_wakeup) {
            wake_up_interruptible_sync_poll(&pipe->wait, POLLOUT | POLLWRNORM);
             kill_fasync(&pipe->fasync_writers, SIGIO, POLL_OUT);
        }

 BEFORE it does the read ? Else how is the writer meant to know it has a new
reader ?
