When DPM is enabled (dpm=1) and a Hawaii card (Radeon R9 290X) is passed to a
QEMU virtual machine via vfio, the guest kernel oopses with the following

Setting dpm=0 allows the radeon driver to load normally and the card functions
as expected under Xorg.
