Description:
This bug has been around since 0000043 (Original ALSA Bugtrack #)

Lots of details there, but a bad bug description. Here's my current
details
BTW, the profile pulldown in the bug form was empty :)
Let me know how I can help debug this further, if there is no trivial
fix.
