Recipe upgrades plus a couple of tidy-up patches.


The following changes since commit 23521fccb122b64f3469d46176f73fe476b0dfc5:

  gstreamer1.0-plugins-good: add libxfixes and libxdamange to x11 depends (2014-05-11 13:07:36 +0100)
