This Series make some cleanup in mlx5 PMD by removing useless code or non
working code.

This series apply on top of:
 [PATCH 0/5] net/mlx5: enable/disable vPMD and some cleanups
Specifically on patch: net/mlx5: cleanup Rx ring in free functions
