Align veth xdp stats accounting to mellanox, intel and marvell
implementation. Introduce the following xdp counters:
- rx_xdp_tx
- rx_xdp_tx_errors
- tx_xdp_xmit
- tx_xdp_xmit_errors
- rx_xdp_redirect
