Summary: Add switch to use the headphone plug as an
independent channel
Description:
I request a switch and an extra playback channel for the headphone-plug on
the emu10k1 driver supported chips.
It's possible as far as i can see in the source the headphone signal is
now only an duplicated playback signal.
I think this wuld be a great feature for any kind of DJ app.

And yes, i plan to write one if nothing other show up in short range.

Thanks in advance.

Marc
