Subject: [GIT PULL] io_uring fixes for 6.17-rc2
Date: Fri, 15 Aug 2025 09:01:39 -0600	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <dc23ce94-35bb-4224-8b9f-2d456f05a561@kernel.dk> (raw)

Hi Linus,

Two fixes that should go into the 6.17 kernel release:

- Tweak for the fairly recent changes of minimizing io-wq worker
creations when it's pointless to create them.

- Fix for an issue with ring provided buffers, which could cause issues
with reuse or corrupt application data.

Please pull!
