So, it seems that there are two misfeatures:
UDEV does not provide block/char %-macro, like it does with %M and %m
And something strange happened to /dev/pty/* - minors like 16? were
truncated to last number in %m :-(
BTW, since udevtest needs to be tolf of block/character device type,
does it mean, that sysfs does not export this info ?
