Hello,
do you use the same package version of qemu and dkms-qvm86 ?

Here qemu-0.7.1-3mdk works fine (at least enables the acceleration)
with dkms-qvm86-0.7.1-3mdk.

And anyway running cooker packages on stable version is not a good idea. 
Please rebuild the rpm on 2005 or use the version from
http://fasmz.org/~pterjan/rpm/10.2/
