AFAIK, pptp doesn´t support more than one connection of control from
the same IP ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc2637.txt

I don´t remember where I´ve read there are unofficial patches to solve
this, but I haven´t used them.

In fact, in my job I had the same problem and solved it installing openVPN.
