How many people have actually used a branch when developing OE stuff? I
did for the avr32 work and didn't have any problem, merging back only
took one 'mtn propagate' and a push. Regardless if we should switch or
not, I would like to see some 'evidence' of people trying to use a
branch and fail. Switching tools on a "We haven't actually tried to use
the functions, be we hear they are pretty bad" basis would be a bad
thing. It's the same problem OE is facing with all the buildroot and
denx apologists.
