Thank you for your offer.  I am not aware of any official ruby
maintainer (you could check "mtn log" and MAINTAINERS if you want to be
really sure).  I'd say, just have a go at it and let us have your
patches via the bug tracker.  If there is not timely response, ping us
in #oe.
