Note that plainly deleting them as proposed does neither, it doesn't
make the remaining recipes "high quality", it just reduces the amount of
recipes.

And I want to reiterate the importance of new-style staging and
leveraging that for BBCLASSEXTEND.
The majority of the TSC has already warmly recommended it.....
