i have a linux router with 2 if , i tried many method to manage the
traffic, but nothing worked.
internet --- eth0 --------- eth1 ---- LAN

| |

internet: 4Mbit half duplex
router: simple ip forwarding , no MASQ
i would like to segment the traffic to UDP 400kbit ,
TCP 3.5Mbit , ICMP 100kbit.
