I have an implemented traffic control with tc+cbq..,classes for every ip,etc... it woks very good; But now i wanna know how can i assign the peaks of traficc to any class ? . My clients (internet clients) work very fine with the assigned bandwidth, but now i wanna implement peaks of max bandwidth for all. How can i make this ?

I have a 2Mbps internet connection , and my clients have a wireless connection (of 2Mbps) to me, but i assigned only 256kbps per client. I wanna assign to my clients 256kbps with peaks of 2Mbps, How can i make that.
