Subject: [LARTC] Basic Qdisc : PRIO, pfifo_fast
Date: Mon, 07 Jan 2002 11:29:18 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <marc-lartc-101040301100359@msgid-missing> (raw)

Dear all,

I am starting with Linux Qos mechanism.

I believe that for my needs the two Qdiscs:
- PRIO
- pfifo_fast

are enough.

In fact I am trying to set up a simple Linux-box 1Lan-1Wan able to
distinguish and give priority to VoIP traffic against IP BE traffic on WAN
interface.

Yet I cannot find any examples concerning these Qdisc (for pfifo_fast I
cannot even find manpages) .

May you help me ?

Thanks in advance for your support.
