Hello all,
I encountered error when i was configuring the q disc
my command: tc qdisc add dev eth0 handle 10: cbq bandwidth 100Mbit allot 1514 cell 8 avpkt 1000
error is RTNETLINK answers:No such a file or directory..
can anyone could tell me the problem.
