hi, I just want to know if somebody can help me to reduce a bandwith
with iptables.

I Have this configuration Box is a Gateway
etho 148.245.89.1 External Network
eth1 192.168.1.1 Internal Network DHCP server

I want to reduce all the internal network traffic to a specific bandwidth
example : 5kbps

All Network Cards are 10/100mbps

thanks!
