Bandwidth equal to the target bandwidth with very low latency and no fragmentation is perfect. Part of the problem is not knowing your maximum number of VOIP links. In a perfect world, one would use PRIO and mark the VOIP packets as "go now ... do not pass go, do not collect $200". -- Michael T.
