Subject: [LARTC] TC filter:Marking packets X IP/PORT filter
Date: Tue, 10 Sep 2002 15:00:42 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <marc-lartc-103167012107785@msgid-missing> (raw)

Hello,

Is there any advantages on fwmark filtering rather than ip/port
filtering? Is load average the only advantage? If load average is low on
both cases, will fwmark reduce the RTT of the packet in comparison with
ip/port filtering?

Domingos Costa
