imq and htb are used to control traffic.
#tc qdisc add dev imq0 root handle 1: htb default 0
#tc class add dev $IMQDEV parent 1: classid 1:1 htb \
rate 10000kbps ceil 10000kbps burst 15k

I get the following messages:
HTB quantum of class 1001 is big.consider r2q change 
<7>htb*g jA29006 
what is the reasonable range of rate ,or I have to set
which parameter to set rate up to 10M(even 100M)
