Hello,
while you want VoIP which is real-time, I will recommend to use
PRIO with 2 bands. In the 1st band will VoIP, and in second a HTB or CBQ
qdisc, which will make bandwidth division for HTTP and FTP.
But the priority/delay is important for VoIP.
Right now, I'm working on a PRIO shaper for VoIP.
