I have a DSL link that is shared out between a few people- I'd like to set a rule that users are guaranteed a fraction of bandwidth - but if the capacity is unused busting up to 100% bandwidth is allowed. i.e. Access Rate 512Kb. Users get a committed rate of 128Kb, but can burst upto 512Kb if the remaining bandwidth is unused. Any pointers on where to start reading (or if I've missed out anything already). --=20 NAME : Adam Allen.
