I have this which also works:
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s net/mask -o $IP1 -j MASQUERADE 
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s net/mask -o $IP2 -j MASQUERADE 

Why would it be better to SNAT?
