Hi all.
For research purposes, I've developed a new classful qdisc and I would like
to make it available as a patch to the 2.4.20 kernel.
Is this the right list to post the patch to? Netfilter people have their
netfilter-devel mailing list, but AFAIK there's not a "LARTC-devel".
