Take a look at the wondershaper (can be found on lartc.org) and I collected
some info on www.docum.org.
But what do you want do? Do you want to priorize or do you want to shape? I
think it's better you shape the traffic so you can give www&pop3 70% of your
link, ftp, 20% and bulk the rest.
