corresponding to my previous, I've tested with it all the time, but it is=20
not working. Although the packets go through the specified class, but the=20
class does exceed the given ceil, see what the "tc -s -d class show dev=20
eth0" shows:

  class htb 1:10 parent 1:1 prio 0 quantum 1000 rate 1bps ceil 1bps burst=20
1023b/8 mpu 0b cburst 1599b/8 0b level 0
  Sent 11794081 bytes 7847 pkts (dropped 0, overlimits 0)
  rate 285518bps 189pps
  lended 7847 borrowed:0 giants:0
  tokens: -59999999 ctokens: -59999999

When the rate & ceil for 1:10 are 1bps, how does it send with much higher=20
rate?
