No, only htb. But the framework is there, so adding cbq support is not such a
big deal. But I also do a lot of rate/ceil checking with htb, so it's not
only entering the values, but also checking the values to reduce user errors.
But I'm very interested in creating a GUI interface. I also did some stuff
like you can see in the demo and it was harder then I thought. So if you
decide to restart it, let me know and I will help you as much as I can.
