Hi,
i will like to use the linux bandwidth arbitrator so i downloaded "arbitrator6.2.tar.gz" from their site unto my redhat 9.0 system but i dont know how to install it and run it.
I will like to use it for traffic shapping and try it for on my network.
Please can anyone help me at this
