I want to all hosts get equal bandwidth, but the problem is that ADSL connection bandwidth is very variable. How can I do to get a fairness bandwidth policy to upload and download from LAN hosts ? I think that I can't use HTB because it works with a fixed bandwidth. I must use ESFQ ? Also, how must I do if I want to privilege a particular host over others LAN hosts ? Thank you very much !
