Message-Id: List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: lartc@vger.kernel.org Hi, everyone. I have a linux box with 2 ethernets doing NAT for a local network. I use IMQ to shape forwarded traffic. This works fine so far. What I want to do is to include linux's own traffic into the shaping. So, here is the problem: if I put IMQ on the PREROUTING chain then there is no way to destinguish between the packets later on since they haven't yet passed NAT, if I put IMQ on the POSTROUTING chain then the packets for the linux box do not hit the QOS. What can I do ? Is there a way to include the gateway's traffic into the shaping that is taking place in the IMQ ? jnk _______________________________________________ LARTC mailing list / LARTC@mailman.ds9a.nl http://mailman.ds9a.nl/mailman/listinfo/lartc HOWTO: http://lartc.org/
