Subject: [LARTC] CBQ disciplines

Hello LARTC,
What is the most proper queueing discipline for 64Kbit connection
management? I want to create 4 classes 32Kbit+16Kbit+8Kbit+BKbit
capable to borrow bandwidth from each other.
I try example from HOWTO with SFQ, but it seems not working (I see
the packets send through this qdisc, but dropped=0 and overrun=0 and
there is no speed limitatin)
Where can I find description of all TBF parameters.
Please send me WORKING example of such queueing.
