Subject: [LARTC] Kernel config problems
Date: Fri, 15 Jun 2001 19:34:21 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <marc-lartc-99263374019961@msgid-missing> (raw)

Hi,
I had the following problem with TC whatever I gave as a command

RTNETLINK asnwers : Invalid argument

and so I set the CONFIG_NET_SCHED = y parameter in the .config for the kernel. It asks me for the PRIO, CBQ and all the other parameters while make oldconfiging it (I changed the default .config file) and I set them to "y".

now the problem is that TC has started working but my EEPRO100 driver for my ethernet card has started a

"best_mem_R3c071" undefined symbol error. Hence my card doesnt work anymore....

I tried recompiling the EEPRO.c file along with kern-compat and pci-scan. and then it gives undefined symbols pci_unregister, pci_register

errors...

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Anand
