Double drat!  The USB Storage changes to work with the
new 2.4.0 hotplug information are not in this release.

Also, I don't see Kieth Owens' hotplug patch, either.

I guess this means a few more days of waiting for
a good kernel for hotplug testing.  :-(

Is anyone working on getting this new stuff to Alan?
