I've got a working kdb on the 2.4.0-release plus ia64 patches; I merged
forward changes from 2.4.0-test10, roughly.
I forgot who maintains this stuff; I can certainly send a private copy
to you if you'd like, and I'd be glad to send a copy to an FTP server or
web site for further distribution.
