Yes revision 4 corresponds to a B3 CPU.
That BIOS revision string indicates that you are running BIOS 89.

Subject: [Linux-ia64] Determination of Firmware/Bios
Hello,
I have two IA64 systems running Linux.
I am trying to determine their hardware
level. /proc/cpuinfo states
"revision 6" on a machine that I know
is at "C0".
The other system has "revision 4"
Is this "B3"?
Is there a way I can find out what
hardware the "revision 4" machine is at?
The BIOS says 1.09
ISP1280 Firmware V8.09
In the BIOS, it states:
BIOS W4606XBS2.86E.0089.P03.200011152116
Thanks,
Joe
