Subject: Computer Lock Up during record
Date: Sun, 22 Aug 1999 16:59:22 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <marc-linux-sound-93534140531856@msgid-missing> (raw)
Hello,
I am using a MediaGXm processor, and the Sound Blaster 4.12 driver. I am
able to play audio, however, whenever I try to read from the /dev/audio
or /dev/dsp port, the entire system locks up.
I am using Red Hat 6.0 - kernel 2.2.5-15 with the Sound Blaster driver
compiled in.
Has anyone experienced this problem or know how to fix it.
Thank you,
Raymond Huber
