 Hi!

 Here's a little patch for sb_card.c. It's against 2.3.39.

 New features/fixes:

 - ISAPnP fix
 - CMI8330 support
 - PnP initialization routines can now differs from card to card.

 Patched files are:
 - drivers/sound/sb_card.c
 - Documentation/sound/CMI8330
 - CREDITS

The ISAPnP support was a buggy. As an example, the card was
not deactivated when the modules was unloaded.

In 2.3.39 the isapnp option was also removed.
This option is useful if you have a non PnP sound card
but still have some other PnP card plugged in.

Without it you are forced to have a PnP capable
sound card or to not have PnP cards at all.

IMHO this is bad. feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.
