when i try to boot my ultrapenguin box, silo tells me that the filesystem
has "unsupported read-only features"

any ideas?

so i boot from the net and mount my root partition: when i try to
reinstall silo it tells me 

Fatal error: couldn't find out what device is second stage on

what can be wrong?
