Hi.
Updates since the last time I posted them:
* Correctly initialize request SG lists.
* Removed init_mm dependency.
Somewhat experimental but I don't see how it could cause trouble.
Open issues:
* -DMEMSHR in tools/blktap2 is broken.
* CONFIG_HIGHPTE fails remapping foreign frame ranges.
