Yes, they can be loaded at the same time.
But "loaded" doesn't mean that it's "working".

This line is fine - the functions of soundcore are linked to modules
i810_audio and snd, so the module count of soundcore were incremented.
That's all.  No more, no less.  I have no idea whether it "works".
