Subject: latest changes on alsa-lib cvs
Date: Wed, 09 Oct 2002 15:51:59 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <s5hfzvfen40.wl@alsa2.suse.de> (raw)

Hi,

the alsa-lib cvs tree now includes the part of alsa-kernel header
files.
this means that you do NOT have to install alsa-driver in advance
before building alsa-lib any longer. you can comiple alsa-lib alone.
this brings a bit increase of source code lines, but who cares? :)

please note that --with-kernel and --with-soundbase options are
removed from configure script together with this change.

ciao,

Takashi
