Hi,

since we've got requests to move the azx driver to kernel tree often,
I finally have done it.  Now it's on alsa-kernel tree on CVS.

Together with this action, the driver is renamed.  The new name is
"snd-hda-intel".  If you already configured your module config with
snd-azx, please replace it when you use the CVS version (or next
release).
