Can I help somehow? As a first step, you can try to pass 'model=aureon71' option to snd-ice1724 driver, so that the driver supposes the card is aureon 7.1. But I'm wondering how to handle 2 analog inputs and spdif input at the same time. On VT1724, usually spdif-in is handled with RDMA1...
