most likely you have different kernel config in compared with the
configuration defined on /usr/src/linux.
did you build the kernel by yourself?
or is it a standard kernel from your distribution?
anyway, at first, please make sure you having a correct kernel tree
matching with your running kernel. most distributions have a package
for kernel source.
then please check whether /usr/src/linux/include/linux/autoconf.h
and version.h do match with the configuration of your running kernel.
