another minor correction:
in the section 'A short explanation of what happens in the
/etc/modules.conf file', there are two bogus configurations for the
second card:
alias sound-service-1-1 snd-seq-oss
alias sound-service-1-8 snd-seq-oss
they are not necessary, because there is only one /dev/sequencer,
regardless how many cards you have.
